Accuracy of Content
We have taken the necessary care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been correctly described, however no responsibility will be accepted for any errors or incorrect description and any resulting loss.
Orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description of the product and prices are correctly advertised on this website. All sizes and dimensions are approximates, however we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the actual product.
All order payment transactions shall be carried out instore. We accept all major debit, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by email or phone if you have given us details. You will have the option either to wait until the item is available again or to cancel your order.
All prices are inclusive of vat at the current rate of 20% and are correct at the time of entering information. However despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.
If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. We are under no obligation to fulfil the order at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.
Delivery of product to you
We currently do not offer delivery for any of our goods. You are welcome to get in touch with us to have your order prepared for you to collect from our store.

Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you should inform us of your decision by emailing us at info@Homexis.co.uk or by writing to Homexis, 623-625 Holloway Road, N19 5SS, London, United Kingdom. Alternatively, you can call us on 020 7272 8246.
Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
We offer a warranty of 12 months from the date of completion on all products listed on your Order.
Should any defect in materials occur within the 12-month warranty period, we will arrange with you to examine the product and, if the product is found to be defective, we shall either repair or replace the defective product(s) free of charge (always providing that the product(s) has not been subject to any misuse or modification).
Before you as a customer use any product(s) known as biocides, herbicides, pesticides or insecticide etc, you should always read the label and product information relating to the product before use. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product(s) is being used in accordance with the product usage instructions.
We will not compensate for any delivery delays or failures that are outside of our control. We will not be legally responsible to you for any losses which both we and you could not expect at the time you bought the product. If you are a trade customer, we will not be legally responsible to you for any business losses.
